If you get the full value, then turrets are cut in half in terms of bonus, if you also get only half. What you should do is, keep those numbers in mind, and then test the same thing just with you shooting a single bullet with a pistol for example on the same enemy, and check if you get the proper % values.
In other games it is sometimes that pets, minions, totems etc sometimes only get a portion of certain stats, or for example some spells like Cone or AOE spells only get a portion of spellpower unlike a singe target Firebolt for example would get.
